Face to face counselling
My face to face counselling takes place at my therapy rooms in Abergavenny at Your Healing Rooms and in Merthyr Tydfil at The Parlour.
Individual sessions:
£50 per hour

Online or telephone counselling
I also provide my services over the phone and online counselling takes place using the Teams platform.

Abergavenny Therapy Room

My room is on the 2nd floor however unfortunately there is no lift access in the building.
There are several car parks (one is free), a bus and train station, all within walking distance.
Merthyr Tydfil Therapy Room
The Parlour, 14 Church Street
Merthyr Tydfil, Mid Glamorgan, CF47 0AY
My therapy room for face-to-face sessions is located on the first floor; unfortunately, the building does not have a lift. Free parking is available 2-3 minutes walk away.
Important information and reduced rates
- You will need to book a free 20 minute consultation before starting any sessions.
- The fee is payable 24 hours prior to each session via bank transfer to confirm the appointment.
- Missed sessions or those cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged at the full fee unless they can be rescheduled in the same week.
- Reduced rates for students (including those studying for a counselling qualification) and those on low income can be negotiated. Please contact me to discuss this.
